Bowl of Cereals with Greek Yoghurt and Red Fruits

Serves: 1


  • 300g Greek Yoghurt, strawberry flavor
  • 125g Cereals or Muesli
  • 100g Red Fruits
  • 20ml Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Put half the yoghurt in the bottom of the bowl.
Then put the cereals in the bowl, followed by the rest of the yoghurt.
Put on top the red fruits, drizzle with Gallo Exztra Virgin Olive Oil and serve chilled.

You can make the bowls ahead of serving, so that the cereals soften.

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
