Biscuit Crumble, served with dried Fruit and Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 200g Digestive Biscuits
  • 50ml Gallo Moonlight Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 100g Dried Dates and Prunes
  • 4 Balls of Vanilla Ice Cream

Chop up digestive biscuits.
Put the crumbled biscuit in a skillet and mix with Gallo Moonlight Harvest Olive Oil, heating until color looks right.
Boil dried fruits in a light syrup (100g sugar+1 dl water+black pepper grains).
Put crumble mixture on plates and put ice cream on top and put a few drops of the Gallo Moonlight Harvest Olive Oil on top.
Serve with the fruit still warm.
